Our Home Owners Association

The residents of St. Margarets Landing have assumed control over the homeowners association on November 27, 2001, when a Board of Directors was elected by the members. The Board of Directors is comprised of five Board members, which serve on the Board for staggered 3-year terms.

The St. Margarets Landing Home Owners Association includes all phases of the development, including The Retreat.  Since The Retreat is an age-restricted community, it is governed by its own HOA.  However, being that it is within St. Margarets Landing community; the HOA of The Reatreat lies within the auspices of the HOA of St. Margarets Landing.

The Board typically meets quarterly at a Board member's home or at the Mariner's church.  The annual meeting is held at the Mariner's Church, in October.  Please check with a Board member prior to attending as these meeting times are subject to change. These meetings are open to all residents.
