The following agreement follows a "common sense" apporach, however it is still worth hightlighting the key issues. Postings to this forum do not represent any official views of the SML homeowners association, Board of Directors or COMANCO. The forums are designed as a means of communication among residents and should not function as a "soap box" for complaints. Comments of this nature should be directed to the SML Board of Directors.
