Our Home Owners Association

The residents of St. Margarets Landing have assumed control over their homeowners association on November 27, 2001, when a Board of Directors was elected by the members. These five members serve on the board for varying terms and have the responsibility to protect our community. The Board meets regularly, and will post information on this website.

Board of Directors' meetings are typically held on the 4th Thursday of each month at the Mariners Church in the Jamal's Plaza. All residents are welcome to attend these meetings .
