St. Margaret's Landing is conveniently located on the Broadneck Peninsula, just off of Route 50 in Annapolis, Maryland. We are just minutes from the Annapolis City Dock, Sandy Point State Park, and Maryland's Eastern Shore. Our community is also a short drive to Washington D.C., Downtown Baltimore and BWI airport. St. Margaret's Landing is served by Windsor Farm Elementary and Broadneck High Schools - both of these schools consistently rank among the highest in the State of Maryland. Our community was established in 2001, with the final phase completed in Fall of 2005.
